Preamble

Given:

  • The spread of high levels of sexual dissatisfaction in heterosexual women
  • The lack of proper sexual education available to the general population outside of clinical context
  • The general ineptitude of heterosexual men and rampant stereotypes concerning proper sexual behaviour
  • The efficacy of cunnilingus, combined with effective communication and a proper arousal level, as an expedient of female orgasm
  • The large side benefits associated with a healthy sexual life, including general happiness, reduced anxiety, increased confidence, and general good health
  • The failure of governments and the media to publicize these findings

We here by, this 15th of November, 2005, Montréal, create Heretics for the Advancement of Cunnilingus (headC).

Activities

  • The main activity of the group shall be the promotion of cunnilingus and a general healthy sexual life through various grassroots efforts.
  • The group shall also offer various social outings in informal settings for the promotion of the group’s cohesion

Membership

  • Membership shall be free to anyone who wishes
  • All members shall have equal voting rights through assemblies

By this, we declare Patrick Mineault President For Life, until one of the following conditions hold:

  • The club contains more than one member
  • The president is deceased

Call to arms

We shall use the following slogan: “Sex is politics, unite!”, or better yet: “Le sexe est politique, engagez-vous!”.
