Set radio button group command

Posted on Monday 3 October 2005

A small annoyance in the IDE is that if you create a group of radio buttons you have to go into each instance and set the radio button group name, unless you’ve copy-pasted the radio buttons. The solution: this simple command which allows you to highlight a series of radio buttons and set the group name by entering the name in a single text field. Took 10 minutes to write in UltraEdit, saved about 10 seconds in the IDE. But I enjoyed it!
